Meet your new classmates

Our Campus Connect platform is a forum like Reddit but exclusively for those who have applied to us and a great way to start new friendships ahead of September.

There's a group for each course, plus lots of sub-groups for interests such as music, neurodiversity, socialising and more. It’s your space to stay in touch, share your interests and ask our friendly staff and current students questions all the way through to Arrivals and Welcome Week. It's free to use and takes just a few minutes to register.

Experience Winchester Days are designed to provide you with a practical and comprehensive introduction to your chosen course and the wider university community.

These events offer a first-hand look at the learning environment, allowing you to meet future lecturers, your new classmates, and explore our facilities.

Get Involved

Our Students' Union (SU) organise a wide range of sports, societies and representational networks. They're a fantastic way to enhance your University experience. As well as meeting a lot of like-minded fellow students and being fun and active, it is also a vital way of helping you to stand out to future employers and give your CV that all important edge. The SU also offer a range of support to students and are independent to the University

City Life

Winchester has so much to offer. As a small and vibrant city you'll find everywhere is within easy walking distance, from your day-to-day trips to the supermarket and shops to your big nights out and access to our stunning countryside.

The City is also on the Southampton to London railway line, making day trips to London (one hour), Southampton (16 minutes), and the New Forest (34 minutes) within easy reach.
