Alumni wedding: Issy and Matt find love in Winchester

We got married at Winchester Registry office on 20 December 2020, surrounded by our immediate family for a COVID-secure ceremony. Matt and I both studied Business and Event Management at Winchester from 2010 to 2013. We met on the first day of lectures and were pretty much inseparable ever since. We had been together for eight years when Matt finally proposed and we knew we had to return to where it all began to have our wedding ceremony.

The following day after the ceremony we took a stroll around campus to see our old lecture halls at West Downs and our student digs at Queens. We now live in London and both work in the events industry but will continue to visit Winchester for years to come as it remains a very special place to us both.
