Sport and Exercise Psychology

Sports psychologists work to help both team and individual sports men and women to fine tune their physical and mental capacities to maximise performance at critical times.

Applied Sport Psychology

MSc Applied Sport Psychology provides you with the opportunity to extend your theoretical understanding of sport and exercise psychology in a supportive environment. This programme draws on the strengths of a sport and exercise psychology team, who are actively conducting their own research, to provide you with an academic programme that supports your career aspirations of working as a sport and exercise psychologist.

Forensic Psychology

Forensic Psychology at Winchester provides the academic component (Stage 1) of the route to becoming a Chartered Forensic Psychologist with the British Psychological Society’s Division of Forensic Psychology and Practitioner Forensic Psychologist status with the Health and Care Professions Council. The programme also supports you with the transition towards Stage 2 of the chartership process by incorporating practice-based assessments.
