Paul Sowden is Professor of Psychology, Cognition and Creativity in the Department of Psychology, where he is currently the Research and REF Lead.
He is Visiting Professor at the University of Surrey, where he was formerly Head of the Department of Psychological Sciences and Director of the ILLUME Creativity Research Centre. He is also an Associate of the Institute of Business Creativity, Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland and Executive Board Member of the International Society for the Study of Creativity and Innovation.
