Dr Emma Page graduated in Chemistry from the University of Oxford after which she qualified as a chartered accountant. She was a partner in the London office of PwC (under her maiden name, Emma Lubbock) and was elected a member of the council of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. She spent her last two years with PwC living in Mumbai, India. Emma is a trustee of the New Forest Ninth Centenary Trust, a charity which runs an accredited museum. In her doctoral research at Oxford, she worked on aspects of eighteenth-century social history of the New Forest and Isle of Wight. She is married with two adult children.
