PDFs and other documents

The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services. For example, we do not plan to fix:

Any new PDFs or Word documents we publish will meet accessibility standards.

Live video

We do not plan to add captions to live video streams because live video is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

With the development of our new website we will ensure this is tested with real users that are part of pan disabled testing to team to ensure this meets WCAG 2.2 AA standard.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was first prepared on 7 May 2020 and it was last reviewed on Friday, 10 July 2026.

The website was last tested on Wednesday, 8 July 2026.

The website was tested against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard.

Testing was carried out by HeX Productions using a combination of automated accessibility testing tools and manual accessibility auditing techniques. A representative sample of page templates, content types and user journeys was reviewed.
