Biography

Dr Fionn O’Donovan is a Lecturer in Philosophy and Theology in the School of Humanities. He studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford before completing a Masters in Philosophy at the University of Reading and a PhD in Philosophy at the University of Southampton.

Before first joining Winchester in 2023 as an Associate Lecturer, Fionn taught at the University of Southampton and King’s College, London. He enjoys teaching a wide range of Philosophy or Philosophy-related modules, including Epistemology, Ethics, Political Philosophy, Philosophy of Religion, Early Modern Philosophy, Buddhist Philosophy, and Political Theology.
