Biography

Dr Deborah Crossland is a Lecturer in Psychology and graduated with a first class BA (Hons) Psychology with Education Studies degree from the University of Winchester in 2008.

Between 2008 and 2013, she was a research assistant on multiple eyewitness projects, a collaboration between the University of Winchester and London South Bank University. In 2010, she completed her MSc in Psychological Research Methods and attained a BPS Certification of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A).

Between 2011 and 2016, Deborah conducted her PhD (part-time), titled Investigating the Effects of Alcohol on Eyewitness Memory, supervised by Dr Wendy Kneller and Dr Rachel Wilcock. During her PhD Deborah taught on the Psychology undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. She was appointed as Lecturer in Psychology in February 2018.
