Following a varied career and working as a freelance for the BBC, Paul Carter has been at the University of Winchester for fifteen years where he is a Senior Lecturer. He specialises in early film history and technology and started the programmes in Media and Film Production. He has a particular interest in editing and post production and is an Apple Certified Trainer. Recently he has been involved in creating an audio project about the descendants of nuclear test veterans.
