Leadership has never been more important than it is now. The post pandemic landscape is proving to be very different from any leadership environment, we have ever been in before. Understanding the essential leadership skills, attributes and behaviours required to be effective, in 2022, is a key component to future leadership success. A leadership agenda that has been successful in the past may be irrelevant and ineffective in the immediate future.

Leadership is a complex topic with numerous models, theories, and methodologies. Specific styles have been identified; authentic, autocratic, coercive, charismatic, democratic, distributed, heroic, servant, situational, strengths based, transformational, transactional, psychopathic, (not all psychopathic traits are bad) etc. This list is by no means exhaustive. What is really important is to know which combination of styles is going to work in your organisation in 2022 and beyond.

In this evening seminar we will explore the skills and behaviours (new and adapted) that will be essential for a leader to drive and inspire performance in an organisation to ensure it is firing on all cylinders, maximising the potential of all colleagues in a post covid world.
