Paul Moore is Archdeacon for Mission Development for the Diocese of Winchester. His role is to support and stimulate fresh mission thinking in five key areas: education, discipleship and training, pioneering new church communities, social transformation and partnerships with the worldwide Church.

Paul previously served in parish churches in Oxford, North Yorkshire and Cowplain near Portsmouth, where the first Messy Church for families was launched in 2004. There are now over 2700 Messy Churches around the world. Paul is married to Lucy and they have two grown-up children. For relaxation he enjoys running, reading and playing jazz saxophone.
