Placements and work experience
The University of Winchester tries hard to arrange any required placements or teaching practices on the Islands if necessary, although many students prefer that such experiences take place on the mainland.
Alumni
The University of Winchester has 100 ex-students living and working on the Channel Islands and arranges an annual gathering on each of the islands.
We are in touch with many alumni by email and can put potential students in touch with past students if necessary. For more information review our Alumni pages.
Regular visits
Staff from University of Winchester come to the Islands regularly to visit the schools and colleges. Professor Christopher Turner is the University link contact, who is in touch with all of the careers and University link staff at each of the schools and colleges. Please contact him on Chris.Turner@winchester.ac.uk
The Education Liasion Offiicer can also be contacted and can deal with these matters. Please email Alix.Hickman@Winchester.ac.uk
